You're Our
Only Hope

Yes, I know.
You're supposed to say that to ME. "Help us, Annie-Wan Kenobe! You're our only
hope!" And I would say, "I'm trying, I'm trying! You just can't hear me because
of the stupid buns on your ears!"
Well, I
reverse this request. I want you to help me. What do you want? Is the newsletter
annoying? Am I annoying? Is the word annoying annoying? Is my asking you if
the word annoying is annoying annoying? Would you like more poetry? (ONE person
liked my 60 Minutes poem -- thanks Alex.) What would you like to see more of?
What would you like to see less of? Would naked pictures of Jon Stewart wet
your whistle? What exactly does wet your whistle mean, anyway? And doesn't it
sound kind of dirty?
In many
ways, the JSEB was more fun when it was rough and new. The site was still growing,
the newsletter was exciting and fresh, and we were all driven to make Jon as
famous as he deserved to be. Now, the site is pretty set, the newsletter is
a little less fresh, and Jon has gotten pretty famous all by himself.
So what
do we do now?
Help me,

Office Party
-- 13 minutes, rated TV14 (see Jon events for listings).
Office Party
is a crazy trip back to a typical job after a party in 1984. A little odd at
first but completely hilarious. Jon, plays your everyday pizza man. He has three
parts in this film (which is excellent because IT'S ONLY THIRTEEN MINUTES LONG!).
Even though it is incredibly short, I still highly suggest watching it because
it is really funny and also includes Dave Attell, another member of the Daily
Show.
I give this
film a 8 on a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being the best. I give it an 8 because
it's too short but oh so funny.
